Evil prevails when GOOD men do nothing.

Evil prevails when good men do nothing.

Two things go through my mind when I hear about someones child who was murdered for a laptop. A little baby that was too young to speak, or even communicate, in order to identify the perpetrator.
The first thing is “If only I could get my hands on that animal.” The second thing is, why are we sitting back and letting these sick devils get away with it.  Are the people not the ones who have the say, the majority vote to change this?  Do we not have right?  The right to protect our children at any and all cost?  Is it not our duty toward them?  We brought them into this world, now we must protect them, keep them safe and nourish their minds with morals and sympathy and humanity.  It is their right to feel safe, secure and loved.  Their right to live and just be happy and enjoy life.
What happened to the days when children could just play in the front yard or in the park for hours without having to worry about when they will be TAKEN and forced into prostitution, or porn or sold to some sick and deranged person, for God knows what, or beaten to a pulp for their pocket money.
How often do we see or hear the refreshing screams or shrieks of children playing outside in the streets or front yards, high on life and full of enthusiasm. Those where the good old days when things were much simpler and we were more carefree. Now we spend more time worrying than being family and just having fun.
Life is meant to be enjoyed, not feared and cold and all doom and gloom.
It could be in the distant future if we pay it forward. If we break the cycle of the cold, dark ugliness that has taken hold of OUR societies,OUR lives, OUR souls.  All it takes is one. One kind word, one good deed, one conscious thought of doing good, turns into actions of doing good. It will spread like wildfire and soon the dark cold grip that EVILhas on society will be flushed out and replaced with a positive society, one full of hope and dreams and love.
Peace and love.
